Leona's Project
One of the communities that has gathered dozens of people is lead by Leona Latin Queen. With urban rhythms and twerk, this project has connected around 150 people looking to improve their security and self esteem through dance.

"GAM is a space that allows for a giant visibility. Besides, they always invite us to their activities. It’s a place that’s really interested in what is going on around it. Now the cultural change is noticeable and we women respect more each other. We have changed competition for admiration. And we have realized that if we are capable of rebelling through dance, we can also do it in life".

Leona participated in the 2nd Cultural Management Seminar, on 2019, organized by GAM, where she developed her project in from of all the participants. Besides, she has been a part of the International Dance Day celebrations and a special campaign for Women’s Day.
The communities that gather around GAM are autonomously organized and are in constant change, that’s why we don’t have their contacts.
We invite you to know then coming to our squares, specially on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Generally, they gather a great amount of floating audience in different spaces where they meet to dance and carry out diverse activities.
